The Regional Management Industrial Energy Dithmarschen/Steinburg oversees the industrial companies in the ChemCoast Park Brunsbüttel. Furthermore, the project is aimed at all energy-intensive SMBs in Dithmarschen and Steinburg. Emphasis is placed on renewable energies and energy efficiency.

As part of the Specialist Workers Alliance West Coast/Lower Elbe, egeb: Wirtschaftsförderung has a hand in minimising the foreseeable shortage of skilled workers in Dithmarschen and Steinburg. With the support of the Landesprogramm Arbeit (State Work Programme), small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) are to be informed and made more receptive to measures required to secure skilled workers and be encouraged and supported while taking corporate action.

Nationwide Regional Management for the Economic Region of the Lower Elbe

The shared industrial location of the Lower Elbe is to gain a stronger position in international competition and in doing so, become more appealing to companies. The Transnational Regional Management, with project offices in Brunsbüttel, Stade and Hamburg, operates in the three fields of industrial location, energy site and location-based marketing.

Family-friendly economic system in the Steinburg district - Establishing a corporate network

The compatibility of family and career is to be improved in the district of Steinburg, so that the region remains appealing in the long run and in doing so, contributes to dealing with demographic change. It is intended to set up a regional corporate network for this purpose, which addresses with the subject of family-friendly policies and develops and implements tangible projects that improve the compatibility of family and career. The district of Steinburg is the responsible body for the project. The egeb:Wirtschaftsförderung has been tasked with carrying out the project. The duration of the project is scheduled for two years and ends on 31/07/2015.
